The Thai pineapple fried rice is a recipe that will satisfy your sweet-savory cravings. This cooked dish will make the melt-in-mouth food more realistically present. Thai fried rice with pineapple is a crowd-pleaser thus it can make a mouthwatering appetizer, thanksgiving food, or an ordinary whole-day meal.

Add peas, corn and pineapple and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until peas and corn are cooked. Add cumin, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder and soy sauce. Season with salt and white pepper. Mix it well so that it coats the vegetables. Reduce flame to low and add the cooked rice.

How to Make Thai Pineapple Curry. STEP ONE: Add curry paste and 3/4 can of coconut milk to a medium pot over high heat and stir together until a creamy sauce forms, about 1-2 minutes (or watch for bubbles on the surface of the sauce). Heat ½ tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok on high heat. Add the eggs and cook without stirring for about 30 seconds. Then stir quickly to scramble and remove from pan. Add the remaining ½ tablespoon oil to the pan, stir in onion whites and garlic and stir fry for half a minute until fragrant.

Cook and stir, breaking up the clumps of rice with the metal spatula. Toss and mix to combine, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom, about 2 minutes. Add pineapple and cashews. Mound the fried rice to the middle, leaving half the wok empty. Add the pineapple and cashews in an even layer.

Place the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the red pepper, carrots, edamame and sugar peas to the skillet, toss to combine and cook for about 5 minutes, tossing occasionally until softened. Add the ginger and onion powder to the pan, toss again to combine. Turn off the heat, add the pineapple, rice and sauce and toss.

Add garlic and onion, cook for 1 minute. Add capsicum, cook for 1 minute. Add peas, stir for 30 seconds. Add rice and Sauce ingredients of choice. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until rice grains goes from being wet with sauce to sort of caramelised. Add pineapple, stir for just 30 seconds to warm through.

Preheat a large wok or a large cooking pan with tall sides over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, toast the cashew and set them aside. Add some oil and cook the diced onion, carrots, and bell peppers until softened. Once cooked and softened, make a little well in the middle of the pan and add garlic and ginger.

Step 4: Beat the eggs together with the rest of the ingredients in the wok. Step 5: Add light soy sauce, white sugar, salt, and yellow curry powder and thoroughly mix. Step 6: Add white rice and mix, breaking apart all clumps, to ensure every rice grain is coated with curry.

Take them out of the wok and set them aside in a bowl. Put the pineapple and red pepper in the wok. Cook and stir constantly until the pineapple is caramelized (about 3 minutes) Add the cashews and stir fry for about 30 seconds. Put the shallot mixture back into the wok and then add the sauce you mixed in step #1.

Mix in the sauces, sugar, curry powder, and pepper. Add rice and soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, curry powder, and white pepper.
