Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside. Remove the log of dough from the fridge/freezer and using a sharp knife, slice the dough into ¼-inch wide pieces. Place the cookies on the parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes.
