Italian Seasoning is simply a mix of dried herbs commonly used in Italian recipes. Store-bought Italian Seasoning blends vary slightly by brand but they typically contain at least some combination of oregano, rosemary, and basil. Along with those three herbs, I also use thyme and marjoram, and sage in my Homemade Italian Seasoning Blend.
